On Track for 2012

2012 is the inspiration for the second North East Contact Centre Conference, which is to take place at St James' Park, Newcastle on Thursday 13 March 2008. Key decision makers from the region's contact centres will gather to address the issues and challenges facing the industry.

Building on the success of last year's inaugral event, this year all eyes will be on the future - specifically 2012 - and how the sector will look in four years time.  High profile speakers such as Sir Clive Woodward are lined up to present with well known TV personality Wendy Gibson compere for the day.

The conference will focus on team development, visioning, future technology, change management and how North East contact centres can stay ahead of the competition.

Tyne and Wear Development Company is organising the conference in partnership with One NorthEast and the North East Contact Centre Advisory Board.
