Contact Centre Conference 2009

The challenges faced by contact centres in 2009 is the theme for the third North East Contact Centre Conference, which is to take place at St James’ Park, Newcastle on Wednesday 13th May 2009. Key decision makers from the region’s contact centres will gather to consider the issues and opportunities affecting the industry.

High profile speakers such as Larry Hochman, former director of British Airways and Nigel Risner, former speaker of the year from both The Academy of Chief Executives and Vistage, are lined up to address the conference with well known TV personality Kim Inglis compere for the day.

This year’s conference will focus on subjects including retaining customers in an economic downturn, change management and customer satisfaction.
